Clients must follow the Appointment Preparation Guidelines provided prior to their scheduled appointment. Failure to comply may result in refusal of service.
Cancellations and rescheduling must follow the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in charges as stated in that policy.
