Please read carefully before your appointment to ensure a smooth and safe experience:

  1. Arrive with a Fresh, Clean Face – No makeup, oils, or skincare products.

  2. Brows Must Be Groomed – Please have your eyebrows cleaned up/shaped prior to your appointment.

  3. Facial Hair Must Be Groomed – This includes upper lip hair, chin hair, or any noticeable facial hair.

  4. No Strip Lashes – Please do not come with strip lashes on. They must be removed before your appointment.

  5. No Bottom Lashes – I do not service clients who have bottom lash extensions on. Please remove them beforehand.

  6. Stay Home if You’re Sick – Clients showing any flu-like symptoms or signs of illness will be refused service.

  7. No Open Cuts or Sores – For safety and hygiene reasons, clients with open cuts or sores on the lips or face will be refused service. NO IF ANDS OR BUTS.

⚠️ Failure to follow these guidelines may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled.

  • A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This goes toward your final balance.

  • Deposits may be refunded or transferred only if I cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may be canceled if it interferes with the next client.

  • Location details will be sent the day before your scheduled appointment.

  • Please ensure all booking info is correct, including your full legal name. Incorrect information may lead to booking issues.

Clients must provide 24–48 hours’ notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This allows adequate time to accommodate other clients.

If a cancellation is made on the same day of the appointment or if a client does not show up, the full appointment amount will be charged to the card on file.

Clients may reschedule ONCE with the same deposit if done within the 24-48 hour window prior to their appointment. After one reschedule, a new deposit will be required to secure another booking.

If you cancel less than 24-48 hours before your appointment, fail to show up, or arrive too late to be serviced, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to pay a new deposit for future bookings.

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, unless cancellation is initiated by me.
